The objective of this project is to enhance the quality of life for the community residing around the Old Taitung Railway Station in Taitung, Taiwan. This will be achieved by seamlessly integrating the entire old railway station area into the daily lives of the residents while addressing the demands of visitors. The envisioned transformation encompasses a range of activities, including sports, sightseeing, shopping, exhibitions, and more.

To give this revitalization effort a distinct identity, we employed an array of marketing strategies and techniques. These initiatives involved the collection and redesign of various signs and indicators, the introduction of a vibrant and welcoming mascot, and the creation of promotional video content and an interactive website. Collaborating with Pili-wu design, we conceptualized a logo and Corporate Identity System ​(CIS) for the Old Taitung Station area, cementing its unique presence within the community and beyond.
