Atom is a pioneering 3D printing startup specializing in designing, manufacturing 3D printing machines, and offering 3D printed parts as a service. Over time, Atom has emerged as a leading 3D printer brand in Taiwan. The vibrant community of Atom users and enthusiasts on Facebook has evolved into a formidable support network, spanning diverse design disciplines and sharing invaluable printing experiences across various fields.

At its core, Atom was founded on the belief that anyone can be a maker. To empower this ethos, each DIY printer kit is meticulously accompanied by a comprehensive manual and an array of online resources. These resources enable individuals to construct and maintain their Atom printers independently.

My role at Atom commenced as a marketing assistant during the early stages of brand establishment. Our marketing department faced the dual challenge of raising Atom's profile and securing production funding. In 2016, we opted for a groundbreaking approach in the Asian market by harnessing the power of crowdfunding, coupled with the speed and efficiency of social media, to connect with users across diverse domains.

This innovative marketing strategy spanned from initiating product funding campaigns to fostering user engagement, effectively establishing our brand's presence in the market. Additionally, I contributed to our social media efforts by editing videos from power users, a move that rapidly propelled Atom to amass a substantial following of 10,000 on Facebook within a short span.

Furthermore, Atom 2.5 ex, a pivotal project I played a significant role in, successfully secured $600,000 in funding through crowdfunding. My responsibilities encompassed creating the official video for Atom 2.5 ex and actively participating in the crowdfunding initiative.
