This initiative revolves around an art tour designed to promote an innovative signature dish. Our client, Yun Nans, a prominent Chinese restaurant chain, specializes in cuisine inspired by Yunnan's ethnic minorities. To craft the new dish, we orchestrated a journey for nine artists across three locations, each yielding a key ingredient. By immersing themselves in these environments, the artists absorbed the essence of the local culture, ultimately translating their experiences into fresh artworks and three captivating exhibitions. This event not only introduces a novel culinary creation but also pays homage to Yunnan's diverse heritage through the artists' insightful perspectives.
